Aussie adult content creator reveals the very cool ‘taboo’ request she often gets: ‘It’s such an exciting fantasy’

An Australian adult content creator has revealed the ‘taboo’ request she often receives

Nova Hawthorne, 29, runs a popular online account where subscribers can request specific types of content, and she has revealed there has been an increase in requests for deals.

The creator told news.com.au there is a “thrill of the forbidden fruit” for people who ask for the “taboo” scenes.

“The thrill of secrecy and the taboo nature of an affair can really heighten someone’s sense of arousal and pleasure,” said the Melbourne-based adult entertainer.

“It’s such an exciting fantasy for so many,” she added.

Nova also thinks that the appeal of this particular taboo is quite understandable.

“Think about the times you’ve met a new partner, and it’s so deeply passionate and intensely exciting,” she said.

“But you’re in a committed relationship and don’t anticipate experiencing the new feeling again. Why shouldn’t we explore fantasy in a healthy way?

Nova moved to Melbourne in 2019 to complete her degree in social work and began dancing in clubs and earning “good money”.

After university, she decided to take a gap year to dance and create herself – that’s when she told her mother about her side career.

“I just called her and said I was going on holiday with money I made from dancing,” she told Daily Mail Australia in 2023.

Now her whole family knows what she’s doing – including her great-grandmother.

“I didn’t tell them until I had that success because I wanted them to see that I could make good money,” she said.

Her gap year didn’t go as planned – the Covid shutdowns meant working in strip clubs became unsustainable so she diverted her attention back online.

Now she claims she makes $160,000 as a cam girl – her main job – and does things like OnlyFans on the side.

“I want to retire when I’m 40,” she said.

She owns a studio, where she does some of her work, her apartment and a block of flats.

“I don’t want to put it all into real estate so I have a lot of other investments,” she said.
