Protest: ‘It’s sabotage, there should be consequences’ – Bwala on leaking Tinubu’s Sunday speech

Former lawmaker Senator Daniel Bwala has described the leaking of President Bola Tinubu’s speech as sabotage.

Bwala suggested that there should be consequences for the act if it was not approved by the President.

“The speech of the President @officialABAT was leaked last night and posted on social media before morning. It is sabotage.

“If not approved by Mr. President, there should be consequences for the leak,” Bwala wrote on X.

DAILY POST reported that Tinubu addressed the nation on Sunday regarding the ongoing nationwide protests.

In his speech, the president ruled out the return of fuel subsidies, while calling on the organizers of the protest to withdraw from the streets.
